About Us

Amity Estates OU is registered in Estonia, our office is in Parnu - at Papiniidu 50 (Mai Keskus) see our Google Map. The company was formed in 2006, the founders having been working in the local real estate market for some time previously. Parnu is the property hotspot known as Estonia's Summer Capital. We specialise in this particular area, but can also assist clients looking further afield in the region.

The property prices we quote are in Estonian kroons (EEK), with approximate Euro equivalents. This allows us to offer property to you on exactly the same terms as the local market. Therefore you should budget for an additional sum, typically 2-3%, to cover buying costs and commissions when deciding your price range. We shall be pleased to estimate these costs on any individual property well before you make any commitment.
